Terms of Service

Last updated October 19, 2026. These terms cover the use of auroraroot.com.

The site

The site is published by Goingclear, Inc., 220 Broadway, Unit 104, Lynnfield, MA 01940. It describes the Aurora Root hardware wallet: the rail, the way it holds private keys, and the company that publishes it. The essays are explanations. They are not personal advice about cryptocurrency.

The bench list

The form at the bottom of the home page adds a name and an email to a bench list. A place on the list comes with a number, a single sheet about the rail before the bench is called, and a note on the morning it is called. Joining the list does not create an order. The company may close the list, change the timing, or decline a request that looks automated or incomplete.

Your messages

You agree to send accurate contact details and to keep recovery phrases and PINs out of forms and emails. You will not use the site to break the law, to interfere with the site, or to pretend to be the company.

The device and the phrase

You are responsible for the Aurora Root you hold and for the paper record of the recovery phrase. The company cannot restore a phrase it never received. Read the line on the device before you confirm a request. A window on a computer is not a substitute.

Intellectual property

The Aurora Root name, the text on this site, and the photographs of the rail belong to the company or its licensors. You may read them and link to them. You may not copy the pages or the photographs onto another site and present them as your own.

Liability

The site is provided as a description of the device. To the extent the law allows, Goingclear, Inc. is not liable for lost keys, lost paper records, or decisions you make after reading an essay. Some places do not allow certain limits, and in those places the limit applies only as far as the law permits.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Essex County, Massachusetts, are the venue for a dispute about the site, unless a law that applies to you requires another venue.

Changes

The company may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The new terms apply to use of the site after that date.
